Since 1981 MSL has been the area's go to shop for all your biking needs. We have a full bike shop complete with bikes, components, accessories, and apparel. We carry mountain, road, cruiser, commuter, and comfort bikes from Specialized and Surly. Trouble with your bike and need to get it fixed? No problem, we have a Bike Mechanic in the shop everyday of the week and we will get you back on the road or trail!

Sugar Hollow MTB Race

The Sugar Rush XC Cross Country Mountain Bike Race will be held in Bristol, VA at Sugar Hollow Park. This will be a demanding cross country mountain bike race with categories for all skill levels.
To register you will be directed to USA Cycling. You WILL have to sign into USA cycling to register for the event. If you do not have an account, you will have to create an account, which is free and then you will be able to register for the event. During registration you will be asked to buy a one day license, you may purchase one or, if you have one, you may skip this process and go straight to registration.
Day of registration is available and begins 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the race. See flyer above for more details. Visit Trailforks and MTB Project sites to view trails. Course map is on Strava.

Need Bike Work?

No matter the brand or style of bike as long as it’s has two wheels then our expert mechanics can handle any problem you might encounter. When visiting the store just roll your bike through the doors and up to the counter where we will fill out a form on the bike work needed to be done. This information is relayed to our mechanic who usually gets to the your bike with in a few days of being at the shop. All bike work is done at a first come first serve basis and when completed we will call you to come pick it up again! If you have any further question or would like to speak to a mechanic call us M-F from 1pm - 6pm!
